Pipex sells consumer broadband business for £210 million

Pipex silences speculation by confirming plans to sell its consumer voice and broadband subsidiaries to rival Tiscali for £210 million. Big questions remain unanswered by both sides over what this sale will mean for users, whether contracts and terms of service will change etc.
